Our programs

At Best of U Wellness our programmes consist of five parts that create lasting change and identify new healthy habits. We work with you to understand where you are going, and what is possible for you to achieve. We do this by:

Part 1: Purpose

Understanding your vision, purpose, and passion and what gives you meaning in your life, relationships, career, community, personally and professionally. 

Part 2: Health & Wellness

We support you to identify areas in your life that you wish to improve, change, and transform 

Part 3: Milestones

Your purpose, passion, and areas in your life you wish to change and improve are the foundation to which we then set clearly defined milestones and goals enabling you to measure your progress and improvements. 

Part 4: Mindset

We look at what might be stopping you from achieving your goals and dreams and explore growth strategies from moving from where you are to where you want to be.

Part 5: Momentum

To become more consistent, and achieve longer term and lasting goals, we work on you taking small incremental steps that are easy to implement over a period of time
